Wheat bread for many thousands of years has been considered the 'staff of life' and a foundational food in a healthy diet. All that has changed, at least in America. Today's "wheat" is not wheat, and is not your grandparents' wheat at all. Today's "wheat" is a genetically modified wheat that contains proteins that are un-natural and harmful. One of the best foods has been turned into a disease generator to supple an endless number of sick people to the industrial medical drug complex, a major contributor to America's (sick) economy. Most people will never be healthy eating this kind of "wheat". The original wheat can and must be brought back.
