Is the energy in food merely the calories that get burned? Or is there a life energy or force that can be detected scientifically? It has been my experience dealing with my personal health and the health of my family, that the more organic produce we consume, the healthier we are. We are an organic vegetarian family, and we rarely become ill. When I say organic vegetarian I mean no animal flesh of any kind including fish. Thank you again, As-Salaam Alaikum. Sis.
